| Shandong Province is one of the important provinces for pig raising in China.In the last ten years,the total number of live pigs and the total amount of slaughter in Shandong Province are among the top five in the country.With the country supporting the promotion of live pig-scale feeding policy and the environmental protection department's improvement of the environmental protection requirements of the pig breeding industry,most of the live pigs in Shandong Province have now developed into small-scale live pig raising households,and the small-scale live pig raising households have become Shandong Province.The widest range of live hog raising groups.Small-scale pig raising households generally have low input of funds,weak awareness of scientific breeding,low ability to use new technologies,and narrow sales channels.They are more sensitive to fluctuations in the market price of pork,and are less able to resist external risks.Therefore,the cost of keeping pigs is low.It is even more important for live pig farmers.Under the premise of defining small-scale live pig raising households and live pig raising cost projects,the article uses theories of cost control,economies of scale,cost-benefit,and comparative advantages,and based on the statistics of National Agricultural Product Cost-Return Data Collection(2008-2017).From 2007 to 2016,the main feeding cost and composition of small-scale pig raising households in Shandong Province were compared with the average cost data of the neighboring provinces of Jiangsu Province and Hebei Province and the national average of the national data.It was found that small-scale pig raising households in Shandong Province There are obvious disadvantages in the cost of rearing,the cost of live pigs and the cost of selling pigs,and the cost of feed,fuel,and medical expenses.However,Shandong Province has a certain advantage degree of labor costs in feeding small pigs.After the Linyi City Bureau of Animal Husbandry recommended and field surveys and investigations,the article selected a typical small-scale pig farmer S in Feixian County to carry out a case study analysis.The results of the actual survey data were consistent with the overall situation of small-scale live pig raising costs in Shandong Province.In this article,a layered,onion-type comparative study method using a combination of overall analysis,partial analysis,and case studies has enabled the cost performance and characteristics of small-scale pig breeding in Shandong Province to be clearly demonstrated in the cost status map of small-scale pig raising throughout the country.After statistical data analysis and field survey data analysis,it was found that the small-scale hog industry organization system is not perfect,small-scale farmers in the actual breeding process lack of modern animal husbandry technology,government regulation and supervision and inadequate supervision and other reasons are leading to small-scale pigs in Shandong Province The main factor in raising the cost of raising livestock.In order to help small-scale pig raising households in Shandong Province to further reduce the cost of raising pigs,increase the efficiency,and promote the healthy development of the small-scale pig breeding industry in Shandong Province,the improvement of pig breeds in the region should be speeded up.The province's small-scale pig industry system has broadened the scope of application of modern animal husbandry technology in live pig rearing,and strengthened government regulation and supervision. |
