With the continuous progress of industrialization and urbanization,urban population and economic scale are expanding,insufficient capacity of urban infrastructure has become an important factor restricting urban development.At the same time,the coordinated development strategy of Beijing,tianjin and hebei has put forward higher requirements for the system and coordination of urban infrastructure capacity in the beijing-tianjin-hebei region.Therefore,it is very important to establish a perfect evaluation system and evaluation method of urban infrastructure carrying capacity to analyze the typical urban infrastructure carrying capacity in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.First of all,this paper clarifies the concept of urban infrastructure capacity,and build evaluation index system of urban infrastructure capacity from urban energy power system capacity,bearing capacity of bearing capacity of urban water supply and drainage system,urban road traffic system,city of posts and telecommunications communication system capacity and bearing capacity of urban ecological environment system of five factors.The second,we build the AHP-entropy weight combination TOPSIS evaluation model,in order to make the evaluation result more scientific.The third,evaluate urban infrastructure carrying capacity of beijing-tianjin-hebei region from 2009-2016,and using the comprehensive analysis method,including comparative analysis,short plate factor analysis,spatio-temporal difference analysis and regression analysis,to comprehensive analysis the evaluation results from the horizontal and vertical two level.The following conclusions are drawn: in addition to Beijing,other cities have "short board factors" that limit the overall capacity of urban infrastructure;The variation trend of urban infrastructure carrying capacity in other cities showing a "W" trend,and Beijing is showing an "M" trend;The spatial difference of urban infrastructure carrying capacity in beijing-tianjin-hebei region shows the distribution pattern of high load capacity and low load capacity in eastern and central regions in recent years,the differences between urban infrastructure capacity of Beijing,tianjin and hebei have gradually narrowed;The urban road traffic system has the most significant impact on the urban infrastructure capacity of beijing-tianjin-hebei region.The last,according to the analysis of urban infrastructure capacity in beijing-tianjin-hebei region,some feasible suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the carrying capacity of urban infrastructure from the perspective of making up for the short board,narrowing the gap and improving the key points.
