At present,with the continuous growth of urban population and the continuous improvement of urbanization level in China,the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of urban public infrastructure has become an important restrictive factor in the rapid economic and social development.In recent years,with the further promotion of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing Tianjin Hebei integration,higher requirements have been put forward for the systematicness and coordination of the bearing capacity of urban public infrastructure in the region.Therefore,it has a strong theoretical and practical significance to carry out a systematic empirical analysis of the bearing capacity of public infrastructure in the main cities of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.First of all,this study defines the concept of urban public infrastructure bearing capacity.On this basis,it is divided into five sub-systems,which are energy system bearing capacity,water supply and drainage system bearing capacity,transportation system bearing capacity,information system bearing capacity and environmental system bearing capacity.Based on this,a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban public infrastructure bearing capacity is constructed.Secondly,this study establishes the AHP entropy method combined weight TOPSIS evaluation model,selects 10 major cities in Beijing Tianjin Hebei integrated and coordinated development area from 2011 to 2018,and makes a scientific evaluation on their public infrastructure capacity.Finally,this study uses comparative analysis,short board factor analysis,time-space difference analysis,multiple regression analysis and other research methods to comprehensively analyze the evaluation results,and draws the following conclusions: first,there are short board factors of urban public infrastructure bearing capacity in other cities except Beijing,which limit the overall bearing capacity level of the city and the region;second,in the urban public base In terms of the change trend of infrastructure bearing capacity,Beijing presents "m" type,while other cities present "W" type;thirdly,there are obvious spatial differences in the bearing capacity of public infrastructure in the main cities of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,which presents a circular distribution zone with high center point and low surrounding area,and the differences are gradually narrowing;fourthly,the bearing capacity of urban transportation system to the overall region and city is analyzed The influence of bearing capacity level is the most significant.According to the results of the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the bearing capacity of the main urban public infrastructure in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei integrated collaborative development area,this study also puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the overall bearing capacity level from the aspects of making up for the short board factors,narrowing the spatial differences,expanding the investment channels,and focusing on the promotion links,so as to further promote the coordinated development strategy of Beijing Tianjin Hebei integrated development It provides theoretical basis and data support.
