Study The Risk Assessment And Control Of Centralized Funds Management Of SE Coal Company

Enterprise group centralized management of the enterprise internal capital ownership,but at the same time the risks were concentrated.To assess and control the fund centralized management risks which implemented centralized management of funds of the enterprise can be better to carry out fund centralized management and provide a good guarantee to improve the efficiency of fund centralized management.Assess the risk of fund centralized management for enterprises which can understand what are the key risks,how important are they and the risks belong to which level.The risks control measures were put forward on that and which can avoid or reduce the risk of adverse effects caused by them.SE coal company adopted the settlement center mode to centrally manage all units' funds,unified financing and unified scheduling,while in the process of centralized management of funds,not only needed to consider the various factors of the integration of financial functions,information systems,and other aspects of human resources,but also needed to manage the risks associated with effective centralized management of funds.Once the management was bad,the risk of centralized management of funds is bigger than decentralized funds greater risk.SE coal company didn't pay more attention to the risks associated with the centralized management of funds and had no effective way to manage the risk of centralized fund management.The company had no identification and evaluation system and it was lack of prior control,it paid more attention to the risk of production safety and the centralized management of funds with the risk of understanding was not in place,which shortened the management of the risks.In this paper,the SE coal company as the research object,firstly,summarized the existing literature,understood the research status at home and abroad about the fund centralized management risks and introduced the centralized fund management mode and management theory of risks associated with the funds which had certain preliminary understanding in the theory of centralized management of funds risk.Secondly,it introduced the content,system,fund activities and characteristics of the centralized management of SE coal company in detail,then analyzed the existing problems in the process of risk assessment and control in the current centralized management of funds,determined the target of the centralized management of the company's funds and the scope of risk identification,and all the key risk factors existing in thebusiness activities were combed.Then,by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risks,the weight of each key risk and risk degree of membership,put forward the overall measures of risk prevention and control of centralized management of funds and specific measures for SE coal company.Finally this article conclusion was put.In this paper,it researched the SE coal company funds centralized management of the risk assessment which could help them to realize the severity centralized of management of funds risk and what risks existed,how the nature of the risk,and put forward some feasible measures to help the company to better carry out the centralized management of funds.
