At this stage,commercial bank business is the core business of most commercial banks in China.It is an important source of commercial bank revenue and an important area for commercial banks to maintain their competitive advantage.Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank as the first provincial rural commercial bank listed overseas,is currently undergoing rapid development,but it has internal governance and innovation capabilities compared to other large commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks.Risk control and other aspects of performance are weak.The changes in the market environment,such as the deepening of financial disintermediation and the accelerated promotion of interest rate liberalization,have brought a tremendous impact on the corporate business of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank.Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank must accelerate the transformation of its business to maintain its good competitiveness.At present,Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank has many favorable conditions for its business transformation,and it also faces some constraints.Chongqing 's regional resource advantages,local government policy support,and the abundant capital channel of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank provide favorable conditions for the company's business transformation.At the same time,the continued advancement of interest rate liberalization,financial deleveraging,and the absence of internal controls such as risk control have imposed constraints on the restructuring of Chongqing 's rural commercial banks.Therefore,rural commercial banks in Chongqing must be based on the status of development and their own advantages.Take relevant measures to eliminate the constraints of the company's business transformation and accelerate the pace of business transformation of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank.Relatively speaking,Shanghai Pudong Development Bank began to lay out its business transformation as early as 2005.After a long period of development,the company's business has achieved excellent results and has relatively mature transformation experience.Shanghai Pudong Development Bank launched a new generation of customer information management system through the establishment of a financial center with special characteristics,increased financial product innovation,and achieved accurate positioning of the industry,customers,and products,as well as improvement in all aspects.In addition,from the perspective of development,it puts forward the strategic goal of comprehensive management and intensifies the development of financial technology.These successful experiences are undoubtedly worthy of studying and learning from Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank.Based on the above,this paper proposes the direction and basic measures for the business transformation of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank.The direction of the business transformation of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank is the transaction banking model and investment banking model.The basic measures for the transformation of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank's business include:First,to strengthen the precise management of customers and improve professional service capabilities;Second,to improve the product innovation system and establish differentiated product positioning;Third,to strengthen cooperation between internal and external departments "Linkage" development concept;Fourth,establish a flat management structure to achieve business process optimization;Fifth,strengthen the company's line team building,train complex talents;Sixth,improve the business assessment system,strengthen the construction of pay system;Seventh,establish a digital information system to enhance risk control capabilities.
