| With the acceleration of the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" action plan,innovation becomes the inevitable choice for China’s economic and social development.Innovation is the first driving force for development and is the strategic support for building a modern economic system,according to the party’s nineteenth report.It can be seen that innovation is at the core of strategy in the overall development of the country,and it is the fundamental way to deepen industrial reform and achieve sustainable development.In order to carry out this thought strategy,it is urgent to strengthen the innovation leading role of enterprises and enhance their creative quality.The individual level of creativity of employees,to bring better business process,products or high quality service,is the most important factor in organizational innovation and foundation.Since the innovation of individual level has important significance for the long-term development and success of the organization,it is necessary to focus more on employee psychological and emotional fluctuations besides stimulating the creativity and promoting innovation of employees.Innovation means that breaking inherent patterns and paths is inherently indeterminate and is therefore likely to go awry.Employees have their own coping strategies and tendencies for the pressure brought by the error.If the organization can consciously guide employees’ error pressure orientation,is it conducive to the realization of innovative behavior?At the same time,given the uncertainty and risk of creative behavior,the volatility of emotions in the process of carrying out innovative activities is unavoidable.At this point,the individual’s own emotional regulation mechanism is particularly important,then,emotional labor in the above process will produce what kind of effect?Errors tend to put pressure on employees,and core self-assessment is considered an important personal resource.Can it help individuals to deal with the pressure effectively so as to promote their positive evaluation of their work?This study is based on the error management theory and the theory of emotional labor,to research of hefei economic and technological development zone enterprises,took a sample of 355 employees effectively,is committed to exploring the underlying mechanisms of error-oriented employee error to guide and encourage individual innovation,through empirical analysis and draw the following conclusions:1.The error strain orientation(error tension,covering up errors)is significantly negative to predict the innovation behavior of employees.In an organization,employees are less likely to exhibit innovative behaviors when they are afraid of errors,negative emotional responses to errors or trying to cover them up.2.In the relationship between error concealment and innovative behavior,deep acting an intermediary role.This shows that on the one hand,error concealment has a direct effect on employee innovation behavior,on the other hand,can also play an indirect role by means of the influence of deep acting.Negative prediction of error concealment plays a deeper role,the stronger the error concealment,the weaker the deep play,and the more obvious the inhibitory effect on innovative behavior.3.Core self-evaluation plays an important role in promoting employee innovation.The core self-evaluation plays a regulating role in the error pressure orientation and employee innovation behavior.Finally,this article gives some suggestions,such as the combination of error management and error prevention,the improvement of error resilience,the establishment of emotional labor training system,and the attention to employee personality traits,which can be used as reference for guiding the practice of enterprise management. |
