The beginning of 21st century,a large number of Chinese concept share choose overseas listing.But as time goes on,those companies that success listed overseas capital markets have put their goals back home,they are choosing privatization in the overseas capital markets and apply for listing in the domestic capital markets.What is the motivation of domestic capital markets?What will be faced in the process of returning to the domestic markets?What is the inspiration for companies that have returned home?These questions are worthy of study.Review of the development of the domestic capital markets,some enterprises because of the lack of mature business model in the early days,when encounter capital bottlenecks to development they can only choose to issue shares overseas capital markets.Chinese enterprises overseas listing is benefit of itself,on one hand it can solve the problem of enterprise's fund,on the other hand it can be better with international standards.Meanwhile,it also has played an exemplary role for domestic capital markets,even forcing reforms of domestic capital markets.But now,these are great changes of the capital markets in the domestic financial system,capital markets are highly inclusive.Chinese concept share are close to local businesses,accelerate development,reward investors for return to their home should be supported.But while returning home valuations to cash in at a higher price,or overseas capital market to escape the heavily regulated,such a motive is debatable.Therefore,Chinese concept share choose to return from mature capital markets to the emerging capital markets.In addition to the differences in regulatory system between the two markets,there are still differences in valuation of the companies.
