As the important content of upgrading and optimizing efficiency of China's manufacturing industry,the development of automobile manufacturing industry is getting more and more attention.In automobile manufacturing,the manufacturing of power assembly,represented by the engine,has become an important part of the industry because of its high technical content and high manufacturing precision.With the encouragement and support of the relevant government departments,the research on related technologies,such as automobile and engine,is being carried out in full swing and a lot of remarkable achievements have been made.But for the whole project of engine factory construction,the related research on cost control is still only in the weak link of the construction cost,project schedule management and the content of the construction project.From the angle of cost control in the project design stage,this paper studies how the equipment selection of the engine manufacturing enterprises can minimize the investment budget of the whole project.In view of the current situation of engine manufacturing enterprises and equipment manufacturing enterprises,this paper puts forward that engine manufacturing enterprises should promote the mode innovation of the equipment manufacturer represented by the manufacturing center,and innovate the traditional manufacturing mode as the parallel manufacturing mode for the mode block production.The new mode of manufacturing requires a new mode of cooperation among all the partners.The author uses the multi agent principal-agent model in the principal-agent theory to model the model.In the model,the engine manufacturing enterprise is the client,and the two equipment manufacturing enterprises cooperating with each other are the structural agent and the control agent.In view of the current situation that the equipment manufacturer has no cooperative manufacturing experience,a simple formula with general applicability is proposed.The calculation includes the communication and coordination costs of the two parties,including the uncertainty risk caused by the non cooperative experience of the two parties.In the conclusion of the paper,aiming at the applicability of the model,the optimization suggestions are put forward from the aspect of model upgrading,so as to realize the practical application significance of the model.
