At present, what a serious problem restricts large-scale manufacturing enterprise development is that manufacturing process more automated, more flexible, the greater the scale of production and logistics systems lagged behind the more prominent contradictions, the high efficiency of the manufacturing system and logistics system inefficient increasingly unsuited.Manufacturing enterprise’s production logistics common problem in our country is that "serial effect" obvious, excess inventory in buffer, artificial operation damaged high, emphasis on result and neglect the process. Therefore, in manufacturing enterprise design and transformation production logistics system, and establish a highly efficient and flexible management system is very positive and important for small batch production and reduce the cost. This also gradually becomes the focus of numerous managers.SLP is a system layout method that first used in the factory, workshop design. It analysis the relationship between its operating unit of logistics and non-logistics as the mainline, using a set of expression force strong legend symbols and concise work form, through a structured design program to solve the factory, workshop layout design problems. This method puts forward the operation unit of the relationship between level representation, make the layout problem developed from qualitative stage to quantitative stage. Lean logistics is a logistics management thought originated from Toyota, whose core is pursuing, including inventory, eliminate all the waste, and around the target of the development of a series of specific methods. It is a transformation from the concept of lean production."Pull system" requires a certain enterprise management foundation, it mainly considers the human factor, pay attention to employee multi-function and cooperation. Based on the current Weichai situation, using SLP theory, in this paper optimize the engine shop and final assembly process, change the "push system" to "pull system".Optimization of production logistics for Weichai has important theoretical significance and practical effect in the following three aspects:(1) The paper systematically explores large manufacturing enterprise production logistics problems has important theory significance to perfect and develop production logistics theory system;(2) Optimization analysis Weichai production and logistics systems provide a basis for improving the operation of our local production of large-scale manufacturing enterprise logistics system construction;(3) Solve the problems of Production Logistics for Weichai have important practical significance to promote the enterprise management to realize enterprise modernization。...
