Problems And Countermeasures Existing In Science Popularization In L City

Popularization of sciences is an essential way to improve citizens’ scientific literacy,also an important way to improve mass innovation.this article choose L City’s problems in popularization of sciences as subject.Based on L City’s work on popularization of sciences nowadays,this article analyzes why these problems exist,make suggestions on how to popularize.sciences.It helps a lot on L City’s work on popularization of sciences.This article did some research with document research,case analysis and interviews.Its theoretical basis are government failure theory,3P theory and communication theory.With these theories,it states L City’s current status of work on popularization of sciences.It analyzes all the problems in 4 way:government policy,capital source,manning and popularization.Its problems include low efficiency in policy executive force,change period in popularization of sciences,lacking of professional,lacking of key point and so on.Then it analyzes why these problems exist,including government is partial to economy development,low financial budget in popularization of sciences,low attraction to high quality professionals,low idea in popularization of science,massive content in popularization of sciences and so on.Based on other countries and some cities’ advanced working experiences and idea,we find a solution to solve these problems.Finally,we give solutions to solve these problems.They are reinforce government policy,expand financial resources,build work team on popularization of sciences and set up specific content on popularization of sciences.
