| In recent years, government investment has direct power boost economic and social development, and plays an important role in China’s economic growth. Government decision-making level of investment, not only to the efficiency and level of government investment, but also have a significant impact on the local economy, environment and social development. Therefore, improving the government investment decision management system is particularly important. At present, most research focused on more macro discussion for regional management system for decision-making, little empirical research topics. Therefore, this research has some practical and theoretical value.In this paper, the government investment decision based on the theory related to the actual situation in Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province, the city government project decisions as the background, the local county government investment decision management conduct an in-depth exploration and analysis. Tongxiang investment decisions for the management of the existing problems, the paper and the contents of the scientific evaluation system based on the use of quantitative and qualitative research methods combine, analyze and refine the Tongxiang project decisions and to specify the relevant factors, in order to build empirical analysis model, and a combination of Tongxiang tailrace efflux projects to demonstrate the specific case, to prove this model is in line with local conditions, can be promoted locally.Through these studies, we propose to improve the decision-making Tongxiang project management system specific recommendations, that is, to increase the participation of various types of social organizations or persons, in practice, constantly improve the project management model of decision-making, at the same time, to strengthen the government’s pre-investment projects to promote, funding arrangements, project management and so the whole process management, further improve and perfect the mechanism of government decision management. |
