Research On Construction Of Electronic Invoice Cloud Platform Based On Block Chain

At present,along with our country “Internet+tax” the action unceasing advancement,the electronic invoice day by day popularizes.Compared with paper invoices,the use of electronic invoices is conducive to reduce the operating costs of taxpayers,improve the level of tax collection and management of government departments,low carbon environmental protection is conducive to the construction of a resource-intensive society.With the support of the national policy and the continuous improvement of the network technology environment,it is an inevitable trend for the development of the information society to popularize the electronic invoice in an all-round way.But at the same time,there are some problems in the actual use of electronic invoice,the more prominent is the repeated reimbursement of electronic invoice,the difficulty of recording and the problem of reliable preservation.At present,these problems are mainly solved by auxiliary management,which cannot fundamentally prevent the occurrence of such problems.The electronic invoice cloud platform based on block chain is a distributed electronic invoice cloud platform which combines the block chain framework with cloud computing.As the underlying technology of bitcoin,block chains are natural for electronic invoices with both electronic credentials and digital asset attributes.Block chain can solve the problem of security and duplicate reimbursement of electronic invoice.Through the construction of electronic invoice cloud platform,we can realize the issuance,circulation,storage and reimbursement of electronic invoice,open the service platform of electronic invoice,and realize the selfbuilding platform of electronic invoice and the third party platform.The data exchange between the self-built platform and the third party platform constructs the ecological chain of electronic invoice so that the government enterprises and individuals can share the dividend brought by electronic invoice and realize the healthy development of the whole electronic invoice ecology.Based on the theory of software engineering and system engineering,this paper mainly studies the construction of electronic invoice cloud platform based on block chain,and constructs a five-layer electronic invoice cloud platform by using the technical framework of block chain for reference.In this paper,the concepts of block chain,cloud computing,electronic invoice cloud platform,software engineering,system engineering and so on are systematically summarized.Secondly,according to the actual demand and the actual application,the paper analyzes the demand of electronic invoice cloud platform.Thirdly,the paper focuses on the construction of electronic invoice cloud platform based on block chain.It explains the construction objectives and principles of electronic invoice cloud platform,establishes the corresponding construction steps,and then draws lessons from the block chain and cloud computing technology architecture.The electronic invoice cloud platform is built in detail.Then the practical application flow of the platform is expounded,and the difficulties in the application of electronic invoice cloud platform are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,and the advantages of the cloud platform are summarized.Finally,the further application of block chain technology in electronic invoice is prospected.
