Research On Working Capital Management Of G State-owned Grain Enterprises Based On The Value Chain

China is a large country with 1 billion 300 million population.Food is always the top priority for people's life.Food security is also the foundation for the stable development of the country's economy and society.As the main channel of grain circulation,China's state-owned grain enterprises play a leading role in stabilizing market supply and market grain price,and making an indelible contribution to ensure national food security.With the progress of grain system reform,due to past historical reasons and imperfection of existing national policies,there are still many problems in the working capital of Chinese grain enterprises.For example,the structure of operating capital is not reasonable,the management of operating capital is not perfect,the circulation of operating capital is not smooth,the operating efficiency of working capital is not high,and so on.If these problems are not solved in time,it will hinder the further development of state-owned grain enterprises,and be squeezed and contracted in the increasingly fierce competition environment at home and abroad,so it is difficult to play the leading role of the state to ensure national food security.With the continuous development of the grain industry,the competition of the industry is no longer a purely competitive relationship between the two sides.Especially after China's entry into the WTO,the state-owned grain enterprises face more intense competition.Nowadays,grain companies provide resources to the whole world while providing resources to the whole world.The more open market brings more benefits,but also puts forward higher requirements for the working capital management of enterprises.Reform is a systematic project,involving all aspects,and must be comprehensively coordinated and orderly.It is imminent to strengthen enterprise management and inject advanced management concepts.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the value chain theory to optimize the working capital of enterprises.This paper first summarizes the state-owned grain enterprises from the aspects of organizational structure and basic characteristics,and focuses on the analysis of the status quo of the value chain management of state-owned grain enterprises.The analysis shows that if there is a certain efficient value chain management,then some problems on the working capital of the state-owned grain enterprises can be solved.Through the case analysis of G state-owned grain enterprises,analyze the main problems of working capital management company from the financial situation of the company for nearly 3 years,in order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward the value chain toimprove the way some optimization capital management of state-owned grain enterprises operating in China based on the size,hope for China's reform of state owned grain enterprises development the national food security and contribute.
