With the continuous advancement of informatization and the Internet,the external environment of the company is also constantly changing,which will affect the business model of the company and follow the dynamics.Internal auditing is the supervision and management department of an enterprise.The audit work is to comprehensively control and manage the business process at the company level and the company level.As the existence of an independent company department,it plays a decisive role in the business management of the company.At the same time,the development direction of the internal audit department is also closely related to the realization of the company's strategic objectives,to assist the effective realization of corporate goals.How to promote the internal audit department to achieve the maximum value in the development of the enterprise,we must evaluate the performance of the evaluation indicators,and then determine the size of the role of the indicators to play a role in the better to improve and carry out internal audit work.At present,China is in its infancy.Therefore,there is an urgent need to establish an internal audit department performance evaluation system that can meet the actual situation of Chinese enterprises,and to play a scientific and rational role in the internal audit department.SW Group's organizational structure is perfect,and the internal audit department also exists as an independent department.The current performance appraisal system was established at the beginning of the establishment of the company.It did not take into account the changes in the external environment and the realization of the company's strategic objectives.It was only a single consideration of the completion of the work of internal auditors.The current system can no longer meet the internal audit department's evaluation criteria and needs effective improvement and improvement.Therefore,this paper combines the BSC tools,combined with changes in the market environment and the realization of corporate strategic objectives,to a new research on the internal audit department performance evaluation.This article first summarizes and collects the latest research results of internal audit performance evaluation both at home and abroad,combines the actual situation of SW Group,filters out the most useful information,and then finds out the problems according to the status quo of SW Group's internal audit department performance evaluation system.And the cause of the problem.Secondly,this paper takes BSC as the research direction,selects the practical performance indicators in the global audit information network,and sets up the internal audit performance evaluation system in terms of functional performance,customer satisfaction,internal business processes,and learning and growth.Thirdly,considering the business situation of SW Group's internal auditing department,the questionnaire was used to analyze the qualitative indicators,and the relationship between the four dimensions in the built internal audit performance evaluation system was specifically studied in light of the theory of coupling theory..Finally,it provides four guarantees for the effective implementation of the SW Group's internal audit performance evaluation system to ensure a more orderly and robust implementation of the performance work and an efficient realization of the company's strategic objectives.In this paper,BSC tools are used to improve and improve the evaluation indicators,and qualitative and quantitative methods are used to analyze the evaluation indicators.Not only did the internal audit department not provide assistance at the technical level,but also the internal auditors had a new understanding of the auditing work in terms of thinking.At the same time,for the perfect part of the recognition and satisfaction,the imperfect part of the improvement and adjustment,the ultimate goal is to provide better help for the group to help companies better achieve their goals.
