The competition of comprehensive national strength is mainly reflected in the competitive level and management level of science and technology,and it is finally reflected in the competition of talents.The original people-oriented value concept in the enterprise is gradually changed from "customer centered" to "employee centered".To attract talents,retain talents,we must improve employee satisfaction,employees' physiological and psychological needs,improve the staff's sense of belonging and commitment to the organization,the enhancement enterprise centripetal force.Agricultural enterprises may be less than other industries in terms of development prospect and treatment,and internal turnover is more frequent.Therefore,more attention should be paid to employee satisfaction.Compared with general enterprises,agricultural enterprises have a certain particularity in the phenomenon of differential order,such as production and operating environment,internal management of organizations and employees' psychology.Most agricultural enterprises are located in rural areas,where employees are mostly local residents.They are relatively low on education,and their most common learning methods are to be taught and imitated.Therefore,entrepreneurs in agricultural enterprises play an important role in enterprises.They can make use of their keen insight and the ability of resource integration and utilization,so that they can make profits in complex market environment.The existing research literature is reviewed,and based on the atmosphere of difference,the entrepreneur ability and organizational commitment on employee satisfaction,the influence mechanism research,think the atmosphere of difference exist in the Chinese organization,agricultural enterprises in China is growing up under the local culture,the infiltration of Chinese traditional culture and the influence of human society,the atmosphere of difference is relatively strong,therefore,in the agricultural enterprise atmosphere of difference and entrepreneur ability,organizational commitment factors such as joint impact on employee satisfaction.Through the questionnaire survey and the special environment of agricultural enterprises,this paper clarifies the main influencing factors of employee satisfaction,and concludes that the research results are as follows: The scientific research of gender and educational level of employees,enterprise,entrepreneur ability quality,the relationship between entrepreneurs and employees and the government's education and training support to the agricultural enterprise employee satisfaction has a significant effect.From the individual and organizational aspects,three factors,namely entrepreneurial ability,organizational commitment and differential atmosphere,were selected as the study variables to analyze themechanism of their effect on the employee satisfaction of agricultural enterprises.Through the cross-level analysis,the conclusion is drawn:(1)At the individual level,the innovation ability,management ability and relationship ability of entrepreneurial ability have a positive influence on employee satisfaction;Employee organizational commitment(affective commitment,normative commitment,continuous commitment)has a positive impact on employee satisfaction;Organizational commitment plays a role in the intermediary between entrepreneurial ability and employee satisfaction.(2)At the organizational level,the relationship between the ability of risk management and employee satisfaction is negatively regulated by the negative sequence atmosphere.It can positively regulate the relationship between entrepreneur relationship and organizational commitment.The relationship between affective commitment and employee satisfaction is positively regulated,and the relationship between negative regulation and employee satisfaction is negatively regulated.Finally,according to the conclusion of this paper,from the perspective of improving the entrepreneur's ability and quality,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the employee satisfaction in the agricultural enterprises.controlling the internal order atmosphere,attaching importance to employee's organizational commitment and government support.
