Job satisfaction is that the study of organizational behavior and human resource management has always been the focus of attention of researchers. Organizational commitment and job attitudes as a variable, organizational performance are affected employees, turnover rate and behavior, such as an important factor. Chinese economies in transition at the special background, organization and staff to show the relationship between the diversity of trends, at January 1, 2008 a new labor contract law, the implementation of such a policy context, on the objective of enterprise human resources management concepts, methods, poses new challenges, therefore explore the job satisfaction and organizational commitment correlation between both the society or an enterprise, employees have the essential reality and guiding significance.Based on this, this article focuses on employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment to the relationship between empirical researches. This study selected three cities namely Beijing, Shenzhen, Changchun, from different positions in different sectors of the serving staff through case interviews, questionnaire survey and empirical study found that the following points:1. Job satisfaction will affect the level of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on three different dimensions (affective, normative, continuous) degree of influence is different.2. Different demographic variables in job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the level of differences.3. Enhance job satisfaction is one of the effective ways to enhance the level of organizational commitment of staff, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant positive correlation, job satisfaction can be used as predictors of organizational commitment.Based on the results of the study, this paper available from the following aspects to strengthen and improve employee job satisfaction and thus enhance the level of organizational commitment, and ultimately to improve overall organizational performance objectives: Formulate job incentive system so that employees receive long-term sense of responsibility, a sense of achievement and satisfaction; Formulate emotional care system, its purpose is for staff to create a good interpersonal environment that enables staff to have a harmonious working environment and interpersonal atmosphere, employees are recognized, respect and caring; Set up is conducive to improve employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment work system; Regular job satisfaction and organizational commitment to monitor and improve the situation.
