Research On Optimization Of Post Investment Management Of ZH Private Equity Fund Companies

Private equity investment fund is an investment fund that obtains the equity of unlisted enterprises through investment and obtains income from the withdrawal of enterprises through IPO or M&A buyback.Its work content includes four main links:fund raising,investment,post-investment management and withdrawal.Post-investment management is the main work throughout the whole cycle from the completion of investment to the withdrawal of the project,and post-investment management’s quality determines whether the project can achieve sound and rapid development after investment,or timely reveal and resolve the risks after they occur.Therefore,post-investment management is the link with the longest duration,the widest focus and the highest importance in the four tasks of "raising,investment,management and retirement" of the fund.However,at present,the problem of "valuing investment over management" is prevalent in the industry.From the perspective of private equity investment funds,The disdain and handling of post-investment management is the main source of operational risks and exit difficulties of many invested projects.This paper introduces the important role and practical application of post-investment management in equity investment projects,and analyzes the key points and methods of post-investment management that many scholars and industries at home and abroad pay attention to.Taking Project A invested by ZH Fund as an example,it analyzes the problems of Project A in the development of the invested industry,main business,financial management,legal compliance and other aspects by using internal control theory,information asymmetry theory,principal-agent theory,etc,Focus on finding the post-investment management defects of Project A,use PEST model and SWOT model to design the post-investment management scheme from the aspects of macro industry,corporate governance,financial management,business strategy and incentive measures to achieve the risk control and improvement of Project A.On this basis,find the deficiencies of ZH in the post-investment management team construction,institutional arrangements and other aspects,and use PDCA circular model to modify and improve.This paper conducts in-depth research on the post-investment management of ZH Company and its investment project A through literature research,comparative analysis,case study and field investigation,and draws targeted post-investment management optimization measures,providing experience and inspiration for the same type of private equity investment funds in the industry in dealing with the post-investment management of specific projects,and promoting the healthy and orderly development of physical enterprises and private equity investment industry.
