SD Commercial Bank Customer Maintenance System Design Research

At this stage our economy has transformed into the deep end,and economic development has presented the "New Normal",under the state of "New Normal",all the trades are looking for new business model and management method,their financing means have become more and more diversity,looking for funding by foreign debt and direct financing among the domestic listed companies,this has resulted in great distributaries,and along with the liberalization of interest rate,the interest margin gradually narrow,both have made the operational environment of bank been changed greatly,the bank industry is under the pressure of "New Normal".Under the pressure of "New Normal",some banks has performed actions of non-compliance for short-term interest,these acts may improve performance within in the short term,but in the long run,this would do Chinese bank industry more harm than good,in order to keep the stable development of bank industry,establishing and implementing a well-designed customer maintenance system is of importance.Through the analysis of the literature data,this paper collects processes and summarizes many theories related to the research design of customer maintenance system at home and abroad,provides a theoretical basis for designing a complete set of customer maintenance system and some places does not meet customers' needs;this paper selects a large state-owned commercial bank in SD district as the research object,and reflects the state and existing problems of commercial banks in SD district on the customers maintenance of transportation equipment manufacturing,designs a set of customer maintenance system in conformity with it based on the problems characteristics.This paper takes transportation equipment manufacturing customers as the research object,provides in-depth studies for SD commercial banks on the existing problems of customer maintenance,combines with the customers feedbacks to know its weakness which is need to improve,utilizes advanced customer maintenance system construction theoretical knowledge at home and abroad,provides guidance for SD commercial banks on constructing commercial banks customer maintenance system,and build a set of customer maintenance system which can match SD commercial bank,to guarantee SD commercial bank can keep long-term and stable customer maintenance quality in the future customer maintenance.
