Aiming at the problem of inefficiency of power battery production system of enterprise A,this paper analyzes and improves the whole production system by means of simulation,eliminates the system bottleneck,coordinates the production cycle,gives full play to the potential of existing equipment and human resources.The overall efficiency of the production system has been improved.Firstly,through field investigations and interviews to understand the present situation of the enterprise,and collect the basic information of the power battery production system,such as capacity,production cycle,process flow,the operation time of each process,production layout,logistics routes and so on.This paper points out the problems of the power battery production system in this enterprise.Secondly,Anylogic simulation software is used to establish the current model of the power battery production system.The simulation results are verified and analyzed.The problems existing in the power battery production system are further pointed out and the reasons for these problems are analyzed.Thirdly,according to the problems existing in the power battery production system,the paper uses the industrial engineering means and the characteristics of the power battery production system to proceed from the whole system to analyze the mobility of each subsystem workshop,the status of the production equipment,the production technology Process,cache area settings and other aspects of optimal design.The optimized power battery production system is simulated.Finally,by comparing and analyzing the simulation results of production system before and after optimization,it is found that the production capacity of the optimized production system is increased,the balance of the production line is improved,the liquidity is enhanced,the unnecessary buffer area is reduced,and the production space is saved.The comparative analysis results verify the feasibility and superiority of the optimization scheme.Meanwhile,it provides a useful reference for other enterprises to optimize the production system.
