During the Olympic Games,there is a huge,unexpected,uncertain and complex logistics system,to meet these characteristics needs,the venue must plan a set of reasonable logistics-related facilities and resources.A reasonable allocation of resources would improve the level of service efficiency and maximize its operational capacity.In this paper we select the most suitable discrete-event simulation methods and its algorithms,combined with systematic analysis and qualitative analysis method.During my intern work in BTG venues,I collect a large number of Olympic venues operation data,we analyze its distribution to lay a solid data foundation for simulation.At the same time,I look up a large number of domestic and foreign literature,analyze the characteristics and composition of the Olympic venues logistics system.Then a simulation model of the logistics system was set up based on platform-Any logic.At first we verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the simulation model by using the real data parameters,and do a performance analysis of the system.Aim at the lack efficiency of the performance,we design several optimize proposal,using different parameters of allocation of resource,find out the optimal allocation of resource by comparative analysis.In this paper,based on the accuracy and repeatability characteristics of computer simulation technology,we study the resource allocation optimization of the Olympic venues and provide new thinking method and decision-making support for designing the allocation of resources of the sports game.
