It is the starting point of the minimum wage standard to ensure the basic life of the residents and enable the lowest level of the society to enjoy the fruits of social development fairly.As a large province with a large population,Shandong province has many labor-intensive enterprises.Only by implementing the minimum wage standard can we better protect the rights and interests of enterprises and workers.However,in some enterprises,the implementation of the minimum wage standard has not achieved satisfactory results,neither can the basic life of low-income workers be maintained,but also has a negative impact on the development of enterprises.Therefore,in order to better protect the lawful rights and interests of workers,promote the benign development of the labor market,to create a smooth and orderly employment environment,the minimum wage standard employment impact on labor-intensive industry in Shandong province in the current economic and social good situation is particularly urgent.This paper uses literature research and empirical analysis and comparative analysis and other research methods,represented by manufacturing,construction,labor-intensive industries,the minimum wage standard employment impact on labor-intensive industry in Shandong province,the significance of history systematically summarized,such as in Shandong province is put forward to promote countermeasures of the minimum wage will be improved.This paper mainly carries out the following aspects:First of all,the paper introduces the concepts related to the study,including minimum wage standard,labor-intensive industry,employment impact.Research of minimum wage standard of labor-intensive industry employment effects with minimum wage theory of classical economics,Marx’s theory of minimum wage standard,human capital theory,labor market segmentation theory,three yuan the theoretical basis of the Labour market.Second article in the minimum wage and average wage,the minimum wage and the urban minimum living guarantee standard,the minimum wage standard and per capita GDP,the minimum wage and the CPI analyzes the four perspectives of the development history of the minimum wage standard in Shandong province.Using unit root test and cointegration relationship test and error correction model of research methods,selection of manufacturing,construction,and wholesale and retail for labor-intensive industry in Shandong province on behalf of the enterprise implementation of the employment effect of minimum wage standard concrete analysis and research.Finally from the need to develop industry difference in the minimum wage,the minimum wage standards for dynamic,through the auxiliary mechanism guarantee employment,use of financial subsidies and tax breaks to support the way to reduce pressure of enterprise and improve the regulation of minimum wage standard,perfecting social security system etc.Put forward countermeasures and Suggestions for improvement.
