Water is in the light of its general trend,work out measures to suit local conditions.After more than 20 years of rapid development,the real estate industry in China has entered a mature period.Many of the problems left over by the rapid development have gradually emerged,in which the improper handling of customer relations in enterprises is rising,which leads to the tension of many enterprises.Theauther work in Changchun Yatai real estate enterprise for many years,through the research on customer relationship management,according to the difficult problems faced by the enterprise,it deeply analyzes the problem that the enterprise is not aware of the customer relationship management.It is necessary for the medium-sized real estate enterprises of Changchun Yatai to put forward the suggestion of implementing the reform of customer relationship management.By comparing and analyzing the customer relationship management mode of benchmarking enterprises,we can make full use of them,and then adjust and improve them according to their own characteristics.Based on the case analysis of Yatai real estate enterprises in Changchun,this paper summarizes the implementation strategies of the domestic medium-sized real estate enterprises' customer relationship management.The first chapter puts forward the problems and expounds the background significance of the paper,and proposes that the Yatai real estate as the representative of the medium-sized real estate enterprises in the customer relationship management practice should be used for reference but can not apply the customer relationship management model of the benchmarking enterprise;the second chapter summarizes the production,development,definition and connotation of the customer relationship management thought and lays the paper.The third chapter makes a comparative analysis on the customer relationship management of the benchmarking enterprises and the Chinese Vanke Real estate enterprises,studies and draws on the successful management experience;the fourth chapter analyses the typical cases of Changchun Yatai real estate enterprises,and the implementation of customer service and risk management for enterprises must be carried out.The fifth chapter is the reference of the Changchun Yatai real estate enterprise to the customer-oriented customer relationship management model and the improvement of management mode,customer service and risk management in combination with the characteristics of the enterprise.The starting point of this study is to explore the construction of customer relationship management innovation model suitable for domestic medium-sized real estate enterprises,clearly point out the foothold of risk management,to improve the market competitiveness of real estate enterprises,and have a practical reference value for the optimization strategy of customer relationship management in medium-sized real estate enterprises.
