In recent years, the central government has strict control policy of real estateindustry, created a difficult market environment, which makes real estate enterprisesmust be adjusted, so as to adapt to the changing environment. And the characteristicsof the real estate industry determine the real estate enterprise final competition will bethe customer service. The higher the customer satisfaction degree is, the greater themarket share is. Then the competitiveness of enterprises is stronger. While themajority of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises because of the lack ofsystem framework, business process and other aspects of technology, the applicationof customer relationship management is always at a relatively low level, and did notbring obvious benefits.The author thinks we should find out an effective method to solve the customerrelationship management in these enterprises. The fundamental goal of solvingcustomer relationship is in order to solve the problem of market competition,customer relationship management can help small and medium-sized real estateenterprises to obtain the competitive advantage. But because of the shortage ofresources, it is difficult to take self-built model implementation of the CRMmanagement system, such as large real estate groups do. Service outsourcing modelcan provide a good choice for these enterprises.Under this background, this paper focuses on the model of customer relationshipmanagement in small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.The innovation of this paper is that, the theory of customer relationshipmanagement and service outsourcing theory together to research and analysis, and the"customer relationship management outsourcing model" was studied. The authors finda suitable strategic direction for the future development of small and medium-sizedreal estate enterprises, it has a certain practical significance.
