Research On Environmental Management Strategy Of H Company China Plant

In today's China,the enterprise's environmental management is no longer just a slogan and armchair,a lot of enterprises have accumulated rich practical experience.But on the other hand,as the student of environmental management,there are still a lot of things to learn for domestic enterprises.This study attempts to make a well-known German machinery enterprise H company China plant as a research object,and take the plant's environmental management strategy as a sample,to carry out step by step on evaluation and analysis,explore the good point which is worth learning,so that it can give inspiration to the domestic enterprises.Based on the relevant theories and researches on environmental management,this paper mainly studies the environmental management strategy and practice of H Company's Chinese factory from four aspects.First,environmental management policy and environmental management objectives;second,the design of environmental management system and organization structure;third,the establishment of environmental management publicity and training plan;fourth,the supervision and audit of environmental management system.After analysis and research,from the above four aspects to give the corresponding recommendations to domestic enterprises:First,environmental management principles and objectives should be tailored to local conditions.To do a good job on the situation's investigation of the enterprise environmental factors assessment,and then research to propose targeted policy and detailed environmental management objectives,avoid empty slogans;Secondly,the design of environmental management system should pay attention to the standardization and specialization,and do not recommend the application of general and stylized system.For the design of environmental management organization structure,the Matrix Management is advantageous to the full participation and the department communication,may be suggested for adoption;Third,environmental management publicity and training in order to achieve their own objectives,should be as far as possible to fully inform,training modular design and flexible organization can enhance the effectiveness of training;Fourth,it is suggested that enterprises should establish a sound inspection and audit mechanism for environmental management,and maintain continuous improvement,which is the beneficial guarantee for the implementation of the enterprise environment system and the continuous development.
