As one of the greatest inventions in the Twentieth Century,the Internet has created many virtual worlds which are not limited by time and space,and profoundly change people's production and life.China embraces the Internet with unprecedented enthusiasm,'Internet plus' era has quietly started.The core of the Internet is to make the information digital,and to complete the storage and transmission depending on this,the efficiency of communication has also enhanced greatly.Internet plus retail has brought tremendous challenges and opportunities to the traditional retail industry.In October 2016,Ali cloud habitat conference,Jack Ma from Alibaba put forward the concept 'new retail' in the speech for the first time,"the next ten years,twenty years,no e-commerce," he said,"only new retail." 'new retail' is to digitizing 'retail data":Online + offline + logistics,its core is a consumer centric membership,all data including payment,inventory,services and other related data are fully open up.It is summarized as a data driven retail format centered on consumer experience.This change is subversive,traditional enterprises should use "Internet thinking" to transform their business model,it is necessary to optimize the enterprise's information system.ERP as a key system of enterprise operation management,it is imperative to optimize and reform ERP,and ERP optimization and upgrading become the foundation of enterprise growth and effective business model.Based on this background,this paper studies the ERP system optimization of G company in the new retail era.Starting from the enterprise resource planning concept and trend,the paper introduces some retail related computer technology,give a brief overview of the retail industry,introduces the development of retail industry and traditional characteristics,highlights some characteristics of new retail era.Then,this paper analyzes the background of Chinese clothing retail industry,the current business model of G company and ERP system performance of G company,then finds the four main challenges of ERP system of G company in the new retail ear.A series of ERP system optimization strategy are offered through making research according to these main problems,G company begin to explore and implement new computer technology and application.Finally,in order to improve the success rate of this scheme,the paper propose five guarantee strategy for it.
