In the 21st century,the market competition is aggravated day by day.How to face more. and more severe living environment becomes the urgent problem to be solved of each enterprise.In this case,the promotion of the competitiveness is the key to winning the market in enterprises,the foundation of supporting enterprise's strong competitiveness is the human resource,the fine mode of human resource is the core factor that enterprises forges the sustainable competition power. The human resource planning is the starting point and basis of the specific human resource management activity in enterprise, if drafts the objective principle and mathod for the next human resource management activity. The effective human resource planning not only makes the enterprise obtaining the reasonable human resource, bue also directly affects the efficiency of human resource management and the function of human resource.The human resource planning is the problem that must be resolved in the human resource management activity. Therefore, using the theory to set up a perfect human resource planning index is helping for enhancing the efficiency of human resource management, elaborating the function of human resource.accelerating the competitive power.This article takes the furniture enterprise in china for the'research target and specially study on its human resource planning index, then wants to benefit for the development of furniture enterprise in China. The whole passage is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction of the research background, purpose and significances, and expounding the system of HRP theory and the research of furniture enterprise. In the second part, the related influence factors of HRP are summarized. The third part explains how the furniture enterprise come out in our country, and describes the prospect.and analyzes the HR characteristic and problems. And moreover,it analyzes the causes thorough to the above problems. In the forth part, the thought, HRP system can become core competitive intelligence and create continuous competitive edge in furniture company, is provided, and HRP system of furniture enterprise is established. Its three dimensions are fully, systematically presented. The fifth part uses H furniture enterprise as a sample, and according to the current human resource status and its human resource planning requirements, this paper put forward a strategic human resource planning solution for H company based on the above studies. It also has some reference values to other companies. The last part draws a conclusion and gives the research direction.
