| In the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the Communist Party made a major decision for deepening the reform in an all-round way,and constantly promoted the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity through deepening the reform in an all-round way,in order to enrich and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,the opportunity and vitality are constantly created.The reform of the economic system is not only an important content of the comprehensive deepening of the reform,but also the key to the smooth promotion of the reform of the various undertakings of socialism with Chinese characteristics.We must attach great importance to the position and role of the economic system reform in an all round way,and try our best to play the leading role of the economic system reform in stimulating national economic vitality and national creativity.Chen Yun is an important member of the first generation of collective leadership and the second generation of collective leadership of the Communist Party of China,with Comrade Mao Zedong as the core.He is one of the pioneers and founders of China’s socialist economic construction.He paid great attention to the economic construction of new China.We should adhere to the standpoint and method of Marx’s doctrine to solve the practical problems of China.On the basis of in-depth investigation and research,we put forward a series of important ideas and methods of economic system reform based on the practice of economic development in different historical periods.It is rich in content and profound in thought,accurately grasped the objective laws of China’s economic development,made great contributions to the promotion of China’s economic system reform,and has great theoretical and practical research value for improving and developing the socialist market economy system.This article is based on the theory and practice of Chen Yun’s guidance on the reform of China’s economic system.In the decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on major issues of deepening the reform in the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the contents of the economic system reform were taken as reference texts.Starting from the basic content of the ideological and economic system reform,the formation process and the basic content of different historical periods to summarize Chen Yun’s ideology of economic systemreform,of Chen Yun thought on economic reform guiding ideology,practice and thought characteristics and methods.We should further deepen our understanding of Chen Yun’s economic system reform and provide guidance and reference for further deepening of our current and future reforms. |
