Can provide reliable empirical evidence,the problem will be beneficial to the enterprise implement actively perform social responsibility,institutional transaction cost savings and intensify to inventory the "three win",also help the government from the macroscopic level develop more scientific and more efficient supply side policy reform.Therefore,based on China's Shanghai and shenzhen listed companies as samples,build a structural equation model,with the Chinese academy of social sciences center for corporate social responsibility on corporate social responsibility capability maturity index such as main variables,the authoritative data representation of corporate social responsibility capability maturity,the relationship between institutional transaction costs and to stock a systematic theoretical analysis and empirical research.The research content of this article is: first,the article on the corporate social responsibility at home and abroad capability maturity,institutional trading costs and inventory theory viewpoint and the influence of the three relations has carried on the literature review,combined with the background of the reform of the supply side in and fulfill social responsibility and economic performance of listed companies the urgent mission,found in this paper,the research of space.Secondly,this paper analyzes the "corporate social responsibility capability maturity,institutional transaction costs,inventory" mediation mechanism,the structural equation model is used for empirical testing,and regression analysis of robustness test.Again,the following empirical conclusions: corporate social responsibility capability maturity to go to inventory has significant positive influence,but its has significant negative effects on sexual intercourse system cost and system cost of sex has significant negative effects on to inventory,and its maturity in corporate social responsibility ability has partial intermediary role in relation to inventory;The intermediary effect of state-owned enterprises is stronger than that of private enterprises.Based on the research conclusion in the end,this article puts forward the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions,including promoting the construction of management system of perfect corporate social responsibility,fully release the institutional transaction cost in the social responsibility of capability maturity influence to the mediation role of inventory,improve the relationship between the enterprise and stakeholders,as well as build policy Suggestions of institutional transaction cost reduction,etc.Contribution of this paper lies in: based on the supply side of the reform background,from the micro level of corporate social responsibility capability maturity,the mechanism of action of institutional trading costs and inventory and relationship,enrich the existing research results,as well as effective to perform the social responsibility of enterprises,actively involved in the supply side structural reform to provide the reference.
