With the rapid development of network technology and information technology,the competition in the cable industry is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to improve its core competitiveness in the market,the cable industry not only continues to roll-out high-quality products,but also needs to constantly optimize the production management model,promoting the information of the workshop construction,and increasing production efficiency.Therefore,a set of production information management system was developed for the PTFE RF Coaxial workshop in Ganzhou Kingsignal company.Through the collection of workshop production information,the intelligent management of the workshop is realized,and the quality and production efficiency of the cable are further improved,which make great significance to the development of the company.This article describes the current development of production management systems at home and abroad.The current status of production management in the PTFE workshop was analyzed,such as the lack of a unified production information platform and low visibility of the workshop,all of which restricted the improvement of the production and management efficiency of the company.In response to the above problems,this paper has designed a PTFE workshop production management system integrating production process management,equipment management,workshop data visualization management,production KPI management,and good quality CPK management.The system uses Visio software and UML modeling language to model the workshop production management system from three aspects: domain modeling,information flow modeling and use case diagram modeling.Industrial Ethernet technology was adopted to solve the problem of seamless integration between client software,PLC and server,and completed the collection of PTFE pushing workshop production process data,equipment information data and workshop information data.There are eight push production lines in the workshop,and the equipment information and production data that need to be stored are large.The indexing mechanism was established by the combination of clustering index and non-clustered index,which realized the query of colleges and universities of the data and ensured the real-time performance of the system.In view of the current lack of critical production performance assessment indicators and equipment status assessment indicators for push workshops,the collected production data information and equipment information are analyzed and processed,and corresponding indicators are calculated to enable the company to achieve personnel performance assessment and formulate reasonable maintenance.Finally,combined with the production characteristics of the pushing workshop,Kingview 7.5 software was used to develop a set of production management system software.The software has friendly man-machine interface and simple operation,which has been well received by users.The main research results of this topic: The status for high dispersion and low degree of information in PTFE workshops,A special production management system was developed,a unified information platform for the upper management layer and the shop floor control layer was established,the visibility of the shop floor was improved,the production efficiency of the workshop was improved,and it was of great significance for the company to enhance its core competitiveness.At the same time,it also provides ideas for the information-based construction process of other discrete manufacturing industries.
