The Improvement Research On Power Cable Production Logistics Management System Of BF Company

After China’s accession to WTO,Competition growing among domestic enterprises,it also allows the rapid and forward development of Chinese manufacturing industry,this is both an opportunity and a challenge.A prominent issue restricting the development of modern manufacturing is the backward production logistics management system.The high efficiency required by manufacturing systems and low efficiency of the current enterprise logistics system increasingly highlights apparent contradiction,how to improve the efficiency of the production logistics management system is the direction of modern manufacturing companies need to focus on and improve.The paper introduce interrelated theory of production logistics and the modern way of production logistics firstly.And analyzed the existing problems and the reasons of BF production logistics management system.Currently,the situation of the company production management logistics system embodied in the following aspects: logistics management function is dispersed,workshop layout design is unreasonable,warehouse utilization is low,material handling efficiency is low,the level of information and service is low.Facing with so grim situation,the company must aim to each question and use the advanced production management and logistics ideas to improve it.The establishment of specialized production logistics management,workshops’ re-planning,redesign of warehouse layout,optimized handling efficiency,enhancement of the informationization level.through those aspects to break up the problems of company production logistics management system one by one.These are common problems in cable industry,their production process and the layout of the workshop is similar.Through analysis of this paper,it has a certain value on the same production logistics management industry.
