Risk Management Research On Mobile Cloud Director Project Building Of Company A

With the ubiquity of intelligent terminals and 4G services,it makes mobile live become more and more ubiquitous.Unlike traditional TV broadcasts,the core of mobile broadcasts is audience-wide,real-time participation and interaction,and the anchor can be in compliance with any regular users.Development of mobile cloud director project has the characteristics of collaborative management,brand risk and policy risk.The risk management of this project is different from other IT development projects,especially for the importance of risk management.This paper bases on modern project risk management theory,uses the combined investigations of empirical analysis and quantitative analysis,and investigate the risk management issue about mobile project of cloud director in company A.Firstly,the Work Breakdown Structure(WBS)and Brainstorming method are used to identify various risk factors in mobile application development projects,and their causes and effects are classified and analyzed.Then,the Risk Assessment Code(RAC)is used to filter the risk size,and the risk level is prioritized by AHP.Finially,according to the risk evaluation results,follow the all-round,proactive risk management principles,IT software project Agile Development and Test-Driven-Development(TDD)thinking,controlling the risk response measures.The project has a significant impact on risk management,project progress and quality,and so on even higher than the project expectations.Research on risk management of mobile live has not been carried out yet in China,and the results of this study can provide reference and reference for the risk management of similar projects.
