Research On The Strategy Of Flattening Reform Of XX Bank Organization Structure

Reform in flat reform structure is one of the important means to optimize the corporate governance structure.In the highly competitive market economy environment,the flat reform of banks can make them more flexible and efficient.First of all,in this paper,starting from the background and significance of bank flattening reform mode,summarize experience and draw lessons from the domestic and foreign commercial bank flattening reform and with the domestic commercial bank flattening reform experience and way were analyzed.Then,we based on the reality of XX bank,the management structure and the internal and external organizational structure.Dynamic analysis of banking reform in the process of flattening measures,savings and loan absorption performance and human resources,the actual results of the reform were analyzed.The flat reform of the organizational structure has made the case banks greatly simplify the management process,improved the management efficiency,and meanwhile,the bank operating performance has also been significantly improved.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the flat reform of XX banking organization,and puts forward some corresponding solutions to the actual problems existing in the reform process of XX bank.This paper studies the impact of flat reform on the scale of deposit and loan,the efficiency of loan management and profitability.The empirical results show that the flat reform improves the size of deposit absorption and loan issuance,and reduces the bad debt,loan customer concentration,increases loan loss reserve ratio.Bank flat reform can significantly increase its revenue,compared with the bank's traditional interest income,the bank flatten model can improve intermediary business income.While flat reform can reduce the management and operating costs,thus significantly increasing operating profit.
