Evaluation And Comparative Research On The Trade Efficiency Of The Countries Along The “China Railway Express”

In the second half of 2013,Chinese President xi jinping proposed the construction of the "new silk road economic belt" and the "21st century maritime silk road",or "One Belt And One Road".In this context,a set of operation in China and Europe,and countries along the "area" for shipping container freight between marshaling developed rapidly,this group of rapid freight train growing scale,fixed routes,route,schedule,and the entire runtime operation,continue to strengthen our trade with the neighboring countries,known as the " China Railway Express ".This article is based on the "One Belt and One Road" initiative to study how to conduct trade cooperation with countries along the " China Railway Express " to promote the continuous expansion of China's foreign exchange.From the two perspectives of international trade and domestic trade,set up in five dimensions,"central trains" country of countries along the trade efficiency evaluation index system,selection of "central trains along the key contacts each basic data from 2006 to 2015 the country,the national trade efficiency comprehensively,system analysis,and combined with the actual situation of China's foreign trade development Suggestions are put forward.The two perspectives are to evaluate the efficiency of a country's national trade from two aspects: domestic trade efficiency and international trade efficiency.About the efficiency of domestic trade,mainly including objects,from initial discovery deal negotiations,to further negotiations,both sides reach an agreement,sign contracts and eventually the whole process of the contract,in the entire transaction process,technology and trade system will have a significant impact to its,namely trading technology level and system level of high and low can bring certain constraint function to deal;Efficiency in international trade,refers to the cross-border trade of goods and services that are typically represented by the import and export,the measure of a country's import and export is mainly from three aspects: one is the efficiency of import and export trade of goods and services,the second is opening to the outside world degree,three is a competitiveness index.The five dimensions refer to the establishment of five levels of national trade efficiency evaluation index system.The results of the study show that the countries with high trade efficiency in Central Europe and Bangladesh countries are concentrated in central Asia,and the regions with low trade efficiency are concentrated in Europe.The geographical pattern is “high in the east and low in the west”,among which the top three are Kazakh.Stan,Slovakia,Netherlands.The efficiency of international trade is also represented by the “high-low west” layout.The top three rankings of international trade efficiency are Kazakhstan,Slovakia,and Belarus.In contrast,domestic trade efficiency shows the opposite trend,which is represented by the pattern of “high west and low east”.The top three rankings for domestic trade efficiency are Germany,the Netherlands,and France.Therefore,when conducting trade cooperation with countries along the China-EU Bolivia,it is necessary to adopt a differentiated country-specific trade model based on their trade attributes.In addition,the article further analyzed the factors affecting the value of national trade efficiency,specifically analyzed the railway density,Internet users,college enrollment,credit trade efficiency,import and export value index,import and export turnover time,and The number of export documents and the influence of the eight basic elements of the import and export of goods and services on the value of national trade efficiency.In addition,the differences in the factors affecting the country's trade efficiency for different countries have also been explored.
