Study On The Spatial And Temporal Evolution Of Regional Railway Transportation Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors In China

With the rapid development of social economy,the problem of insufficient capacity of railway in our country restricted the development of comprehensive transportation in China.Today,with the increasing demand of transportation,highlights the contradiction between supply and demand in the railway,in the railway strategy driven by railway transportation,constantly adapt to the traffic demand of the market,but still very fierce competition with other transportation way,the government's strict control,train operation time is too long,the locomotive load is too large and so on are existing in railway transportation the problem.In addition,the railway has the characteristics of energy saving and emission reduction,high safety and large transportation capacity,and it can adapt to the strategy of sustainable development in our country,so the study is of great significance for the development of railway transportation and social development.Based on the background of the railway speed,analyzes the spatial effect of railway transportation efficiency of China's provinces,and the spatial econometric model was used to analyze the influencing factors of railway transportation efficiency of all provinces in China.To provide a reference for the railway speed raising strategy to continue to implement and how to improve the railway transport capacity.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of transportation efficiency,efficiency evaluation theory,theory of supply and demand,transport speed mechanism as the foundation,analyzes the current development of China's railway transportation industry,and compares the transportation situation of railway and other modes of transportation in our country,and probes into the influence of the railway speed increase on the railway transportation and other modes of transportation in our country.Secondly,this paper uses super efficiency DEA model to measure the 30 provinces in China during 1997-2014,uses ARCGIS software to map the provincialrailway transport efficiency in China,analyzes the China's provincial railway transportation efficiency spatial distribution characteristics and temporal characteristics,and the difference of railway transport efficiency of the East,northeast,central and western regions of the four.Then,based on the global spatial autocorrelation test,this paper analyzes the spatial dependence of railway transportation efficiency in China's provinces,the results show that the efficiency of railway transportation in China's provinces does exist a certain degree of spatial correlation,and on this basis,the space effect into the measurement models,with the railway(travel)speed as the key explanatory variable,with the level of economic development,industrial structure,the road network density,traffic density and the degree of government intervention as control variables,analyzes the influence mechanism of this factors on the efficiency of railway transportation,and a spatial econometric model based on panel data was established to make the empirical analysis of influencing factors of railway transportation in different provinces,and compares the effects of different factors in different periods.Finally,according to the above empirical results,combined with the actual situation,the paper gives some suggestions to improve the efficiency of railway transportation in China.
