With the rapid development of information and computer application technology.The process industry's enterprise production management optimization has a wide range of prospects for development.As a typical application of process industry production management,the difficulty of the research for the optimization of production scheduling in the process industry is the nonlinearity,uncertainty,multi-objective and multi constraint of oil blending and delivery scheduling optimization.In addition,the environmental protection strategies of various countries have increasingly stricter standards for gasoline products.The market demand for high-octane clean oil products promotes the optimal management of various production plans in the refining industry.Production scheduling optimization has gradually become the development trend of production management for modern oil refining companies.The cost of production raw materials for refinery-type enterprises accounts for a large proportion of the overall operating costs.The nature and price of product blending components play a decisive role in the business management of the company.Traditional refining enterprises generally have the problem of resource waste in the deployment of production resources.The paper focuses on this issue for product scheduling optimization research and proposes a process flow decomposition model of material process for product reconciliation and delivery issues.The simulation model of gasoline production is also proposed in this process,both the models are applicable to the modern process industry.This paper proposes a linear programming method for gasoline octane nonlinear models and designs the product optimization algorithm with genetic algorithm.The algorithm implements the constraining margin of the product's octane number and production demand with the goal of minimum production cost.Based on algorithm optimization results and linear programming solving,the optimizing product delivery scheduling algorithm is designed.The simulation results show that the algorithm as a whole achieves reasonable allocation of the company's production resources and improve the economic efficiency of the company effectively.Based on the product blending and delivery scheduling optimization algorithm,we complete the realization of product scheduling optimization software with the SIMATIC IT platform.This paper focuses on the design of software functions for enterprise production information management.The perfection of the enterprise information system effectively solves the problems such as data collation and information traceability in the production end improves the management efficiency of enterprises.
