The P2P Mode Research Of China Rapid Finance

Since the development of P2P online lending,the industry from barbaric expansion to regulatory policies has faced a major reshuffle and the industry has once become the focus of the market.Based on the public opinion hotspot of P2P,this article selects a time-dependent,newly-listed P2P platform in 2017 as a case study object.We hope to provide a certain reference for the healthy development of China's P2P industry through analysis of this case.After experiencing the relevant background of the research background and literature review,this article first focuses on the industry in which the case object is located.Looking at the current market situation of the entire P2P industry in China,we analyze several typical P2P models and P2P industry supervision policies.Due to the particularity of the case object,the industry development and current status of cash loans are separately introduced.Followed by the "China Rapid Finance" case presentation,introducing its development history,business status and existing products,and can better serve in-depth research.The key research part is the business model of the case subject.Based on the case presentation and the prospectus and other disclosures it publishes,we analyze its business model process,business essence,model specificity,model support,model problems,etc.,in order to answer the different doubts that the current market has generated from China Rapid Finance.The study found that China Rapid Finance devoted itself to creating a "pure platform" online P2P model.Its particularity lies in focusing on long-term development and enjoying economies of scale.As a result,it has caused current book losses year after year.China Rapid Finance has a multi-faceted resource support and has good growth.
