Research On Lean Production Application In Jinjiao Company

Lean Production is the efficient manufacturing methodology in the world and it can help to solve the problems,such as poor on-time-delivery,high inventory,poor quality,etc.However,until now,not all the factories in the world understand the beauty of lean production.They not come to LP until the company runs into the edge of "To be or not to be" because they hope LP can help them to improve production efficiency,reduce waste and make better quality products.This thesis summarizes the Lean Production basic concept and related theory.It elaborated the plan of Lean Production Execution in Jinjiao by case study method.Meanwhile,it also describes about Jinjiao current Manufacturing method,the necessary resources for lean production implementation,lean production final target and lean production application plan as well.Based on cost and effect analysis,Lean Production Blueprint was generated with the aim of using Lean methodology to revive Jinjiao who are suffering from high cost and poor on-time-delivery.All the lessons learned from this lean blueprint project will be very helpful for Jinjiao management and other companies experiencing similar problems as Jinjiao.
