Objective: To investigate the residents’ basic condition,general health status,self-perceived health status,illness,medical treatment,and to provide the basis for the analysis of residents’ health needs,and to understand the status of the residents’ health knowledge in Urumqi.The development of health behaviour and its influencing factors provide a recommendation for more effective health education activities across sectors.By analyzing differences in health investment among groups,We can discuss the existing problems and provide some suggestions for reference.Methods: From 2016 to December,simple random sampling method was adopted from Tianshan District,Shaybak District,New Urban area and Shuimo District.A total of 700 people were selected from each of the four districts.The data were recorded by Epidata and processed with SPSS software.Results: A total of 690 valid questionnaires were collected,and the effective recovery rate was 98.57%.The two-week prevalence rate was 17.5%.In the last six months,80 people were diagnosed with chronic diseases by doctors,and the prevalence rate was 11.60.The result of self-perceived health status was that 56.4% thought it was good and 40.6%thought that it was generally not good.According to the comparison of Urumqi residents’ objective health condition,the better the self-perceived health score is,the higher the residents are.The general health knowledge awareness rate is about 53.9%,the overall formation rate of health behavior was 39.28%;analysis of relevant factors eventually found that gender,education level,economic level and other factors have an important impact on health cognition of residents;respondents in urban residents medical insurance for most people,the total number of 36.7%.medical expenses of people accounted for11.5%,in the commercial insurance accounted for 10.9%,influencing factors in commercial insurance are age,employment and family annual income residents;medical investment is the most in the medical examination once a year,accounted for 44.9%.of each half Get a frequency of at least,accounted for 9.1%,including the inaugural culturaldegree,influence factors of medical investment,and household income.The residents are usually ill to comprehensive hospital in many cases,the use of traditional Chinese medicine and the National Hospital rate is low;Urumqi households main health investment is mainly in the form of free outdoor exercise,to initiative investment spending less preventive care mainly.Conclusion: The two-week prevalence rate of the subjects was low.Major ethnic groups,education levels,occupations,etc.,affecting the two-week prevalence of the population.In the self-perceived health score survey,most residents considered their health status to be no problem.The factors that affect the self-health of residents are age,education level and exercise times per week.The higher the objective health status of the surveyed residents,the higher the self-perceived health score,and the worse the self-perceived health status of the people with poor objective health status.The city residents’ health behavior formation conditions need to be further improved,the government needs to actively carry out publicity and education activities,in the daily operation process should be carried out in the intervention work devoted himself,to effectively enhance the residents The level of health knowledge to ensure the formation of healthy behavior has been accelerated;the coverage of medical insurance is not comprehensive enough,the participation rate of commercial medical insurance needs to be improved;the proportion of active health investment in the consumption structure of residents is very small.It is necessary to adjust the consumption structure,improve the health level and reduce the cost of medical treatment through economic and scientific health investment.
