Following the fast development of economic of China,most international companies have been taking part in Chinese market competition.Chinese local companies joining enhance the competition situation.Service becomes more important than ever.Company P is an Europe family firm with more then one hundred history who focus on manufacturing decanter separators.Now Company P is one of the biggest decanter supplier.The business of company P have been fast developing for ten years from entering China market.The service business is expanded and improved constantly.This article introduce the parts & service business development of company P.Analyze the service quality compare with Gap Model of Service Quality and provide solution to shorten the gaps.Use the 7Ps theory to help company P draft his service marketing strategy.Improve Company P competitive power.and provide reference for same kind company and local company.
