Study On Risk Management Of Group C’s Geography Information System Project

Project risk management is an indispensable part of project management.The Geographic Information System(Hereinafter referred to as GIS)Project of Group C acts as an important prop for the development of the informationization,digitization,networking of the Group.(GIS project of group C is informationization,digitization,networked development of the important support for the project,)The GIS project has the following characteristics such as large scale of construction and investment,sophisticated technologies,tight time schedule,complex demand,and changeable environment,which determine containing a large amount of risk during the construction process.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out risk management research on the GIS project of Group C.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out risk management research on the GIS project of Group C.In this paper,the research progress of project risk management is reviewed,and the related theories of project risk management are summarized.On this basis,combined with the content and features of the GIS project of Group C,risk management research is carried out according to the risk identification、risk assessment and risk response.First,it is applied comprehensively the brainstorming,KJ and Likert scoring method to identify that various types of risk may exist in the GIS project of Group C.Based on this,it is constructed the risk evaluation index system including 25 kinds of risk of 6 categories such as technology risk,demand risk,organization risk,schedule risk,personnel risk,cost risk.The weight of indicators is set by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out the risk assessment.Evaluation results show that the risk management for GIS project of Group C must be taken seriously,especially the cost,personnel and project schedule risks and the following first 10 risks: user negative risk,cost estimation risk,the risk of cost overruns,team members loss risk,intervention risk of the enterprise management,the change of control process risk,team communication risk,cost control risk,activities delay risk and key resources arrearage risk.Combined with the risk assessment results,it puts forward the coping strategies for all kinds of risks.
