Safety is closely related to not only property but also life. With the rapid development of science and technology in our country, more and more security problems appeared in the chemical projects, which threatened to our people's life and property safety. Therefore we must strengthen the security risk of chemical project prevention actions, in order to treat with the existing or potential security risk. And it is precondition that the identification and evaluation of the security risk, taking effective safety risk response measures. Hence, not only security in chemical projects becomes one of the public and the government, but the study on which also becomes important research object of economy and technology in our contury.For studying on the safety risk of chemical project, we must understand the security risk index system (called safety risk factors). Thus, the refinement of security risk index decomposition is a very important part in the risk of security. Since study on the safety risk of chemical project is late in our contury, it is difficult to assess safety risk of chemical project with the accuracy. Therefore, it needs to reanalysis the security risk index chemical project, and evaluate selected evaluation model is reasonably, risk level of item response chemical on the basis of previous research, in order to get more comprehensive.In this paper, we divided a chemical engineering project (as the research object) into two stages, production preparation and production. Based on the advantages of the unit safety experts, we propose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and gradation analysis method combined for characteristics on hierarchy, fuzzy and difficult to quantifyof,, in order to security risk has not formed the stage of the security risk of the project to determine.Firstly, based on the domestic and foreign research status of data access, we introduce the development process briefly, and the related theory basis of security risk management, according to the need to control the risk from the source of the risk assessment decision by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and gradation analysis method combining the safety risk model, then according to the principle of safety risk assessment, combined with the previous research, the security risk index for H chemical project classification, ranging from chemical projects, the main risks in the operation of the project is divided into six aspects of personnel, equipment, material risk risk risk, technology risk, environmental risk, management risk, and the six aspects of security risks index to do the further decomposition of refinement, the final construction of a security risk index system of the project preparation stage of production and production stage.Then, using safety risk assessment model containingfuzzy comprehensive evaluation and gradation analysis method, we calculated on different levels of security risk index system constructed in all the security risk index, generating the two membership of safety risk, high, medium and low degrees. In order to use the data analysis completely and reflect the risk level of the project effectively, we obtained a safety risk assessment results based on the weighted value.Finally, we proposed corresponding measures for high risk and general risk state of the security risk of H project in safety risk assessment, and proposes professional security risk employment management mode constructively. It provided a new pathway for the security risk management.
