Material procurement is the most vital part of the foundation construction project management.60-80% engineering materials such as steel,business mix,cement,stone,windows,large equipment and other bulk materials accounting for all project construction cost proportion.Material procurement is the primary prerequisite for companies to complete the normal operation,if they can control the material procurement costs can further protect corporate revenue.Material procurement cost reduction is reflected in many ways,the most obvious is to reduce liquidity.Cost cost reduction and profit increase is directly reflected,it can also strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises.For enterprises engaged in production activities,their biggest cost of production output is the cost of materials.To strengthen the regulatory capacity of the material cost reduction and continue to make direct business is a key to increasing profits;at the same time it can also reduce production costs,to gain advantage in the market.Reduce material procurement costs are a major determinant of the cost of procurement of materials management and internal control,and material procurement management system.So,how to improve the procurement process of managing project construction material,has become a key point of the final project can profit.The comparative analysis of the construction enterprise project and the industry at home and abroad,material procurement management status by inductive method,literature method,comparative analysis method,find out the commonness and individuality of the problem,research methods,proposes the solution strategy,so as to optimize the enterprise project material procurement management plan.Introduction: through the study of the object of the study of a number of specific situations,and then to study and summarize.Analysis of the main factors affecting the procurement of building materials.In this paper,the internal and external influencing factors of material purchasing are summarized.This paper summarizes the construction units in the establishment of a sound material procurement mechanism in the process of a variety of strategies and initiatives.In terms of the internal strategy of the construction unit,the paper mainly focuses on two aspects,one is the internal theory system of the construction unit and the other is the internal management system of the construction unit.This paper further describes the construction project procurement of materials in the process of a variety of initiatives.This paper takes the G company as a case study,the researchers hope that by improving the optimization of material procurement management methods,and using the theory of value engineering analysis and application,can reasonably control the material procurement costs,reduce project cost,increase the profits of the project.So as to provide the impetus for the sustainable development of enterprises and the basic guarantee.
