A Study On The Performance And Efficiency Evaluation Of Finance Company Of Energy Enterprise Group

Since entering our country in 1978,the financial company has been developing and expanding.Financial companies continue to provide financial management,investment,financial advisers and other full range of financial services to the group company.In the aspect of performance appraisal,the China Banking Regulatory Commission,the group company and the financial company association carried out different performance evaluation system.However,as a kind of non bank financial institutions,how to implement a set of reasonable and scientific evaluation system to evaluate the performance of the financial company for the enterprise group is an urgent problem to be solved.In the aspect of management efficiency evaluation,how to accurately and reasonably evaluate the management efficiency is also a question which is worth paying attention to.This paper takes the financial company of the energy group as the research object,This paper takes the financial company of the energy group as the research object,combining the financial index,non-financial index and the group contribution index,to construct a set of more reasonable and scientific performance evaluation system.The data envelopment analysis(DEA)was used to evaluate the performance of the financial companies of the 50 energy enterprise groups in 2014,to calculate the technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.It is concluded that the overall efficiency level of energy financial company is not particularly high,and it should be optimized in the input factors,internal management,output scale and internal operation level.Projection analysis are used to provide performance improvement suggestions for the non DEA effective financial companies,which can provide a certain guidance and meaningful reference value for financial company.
