| Along with the rapid increase of China’s car sales and car ownership,auto aftermarket scale is increasing;competition is becoming increasingly fierce,people to automobile service information accurate,convenient and quick in terms of increasing demand.Based on the rapid spread of Internet application technology,in order to meet the users’ actual demand,business promotion,enhance the enterprise service quality and competitiveness of the industry,many automotive service manufacturers launched the customization of mobile equipment application software.However,in the development process of automotive service software development projects,there are often the acceptance of the project and customer demand is inconsistent,the project development schedule delays,uneven distribution of resources,capital budget,etc.In order to avoid the problems mentioned above,this paper regards the research and development software project of HA automobile service company as a case study,combined with my experience and knowledge of project management,to analysis the problems and solutions of the application software development project in the automobile market,make the reasonable project management plan and standardize the project management process.First of all,this paper introduces the background of the selected topic,the research status at home and abroad,as well as the main research content,research significance and the structure of this paper.Then,this paper introduces the research content of project management,software project management process,the software project schedule management,resource plan management,cost planning management methods are analyzed.Secondly,analyze the characteristics of the project.Analyze the contents and research scope of HAautomobile service company software project,introduce software function structure,technical features and operation mode;master the basic requirements and productdevelopment goalsof HA company’s research and development project.Finally,make the project management plan.Based on the analysis of project characteristics,formulate organization plan and project management model.Using work breakdown structure diagram,network plan,schedule Gantt charts,milestone plan formulated project schedule;analysis project resource plan,responsibility matrix,resources action table etc.,make resource management plan,adjust the project schedule and balance project resources;estimate the use of human resources and equipment resources,and estimate the cost of the project.The research results of this paper have important reference value and practical significance to the planning and control management of automobile service software project. |
