| With the rapid development of China’s economy and improvement of the people’s living standards,consumers become increasingly demanding and picky to the quality of products.In order to survive and develop,Companies must take product quality competition as a long-term and fundamental business.High temperature superconducting(HTS)filters,main products of Company A,show superior performance to the conventional ones.However,due to the limitation of manufacturing conditions and technology level,unqualified products often take place in the manufacturing process.Survey analysis is mainly adopted in this thesis,through interviews with relevant staff and investigation of the whole manufacturing process,it is found that there exist many problems in quality management of Company A,such as lacking of effective continuous improvement organization,imperfectness in continuous improvement process,lacking of quality culture and mechanism construction of Quality Performance Assessment.Regarding the quality management issues of Company A raised above,standardization in raw materials related process is proposed,detailed analysis of standardization is made in photolithography and package process.The suggestion of adding inspectors in key parts and refining the quality checking methods are made.In addition to strengthening quality culture construction and improving the staff skill of process quality control,regular process review and 5S management is to be strengthen.Several feasible measurements and ideas are given based on the general analysis.Moreover,specific implementation strategy in quality management of Company A is proposed,and economic and usefulness analysis is also made.Company A is a production-oriented high-tech company.The problems of quality management encountered in the development process of Company A,also existed in other similar companies.This thesis is of significance and reference value to them. |
