In recent years,the development of China's steel industry has become more and more serious,with excess capacity,widening of the deficit,and the fermentation of credit crisis.Traditional traders have seen widespread failures in recent years.Due to the reversal of the supply-demand relationship in the industry,the steel industry has been turned from the buyer's market to the buyer's market,and the emergence of channel value has also led the industry to replace the inherent mode with new channels.Steel electric business platform is under the background of the creation of new channels,steel electric business platform through the integration of online,improve the capital turnover speed,speed up the logistics efficiency,reduce inventory,etc.,can greatly reduce the existing transaction costs.Based on the basic theory of e-commerce and online marketing,this paper use SWOT method to summarize the steel and e-commerce companies,and mainly analyzes and researches the self-built xinyi liane-commerce platform of minmetals.Combined with xin yi lian this relies on the strength of the large state-owned circulation enterprises,with national coverage of the most widely steel distribution network and logistics system,and to recognize the importance of network marketing,network marketing to speed up the iron and steel industry development,so as to improve cost management,capital management and quality management,reduce operating costs,increase sales profit,increasing the turnover of funds.Steel industry network marketing development on the steel circulation rules change effect is bound to promote the steel industry organizations fundamental change in the structure,operation and management,create a marketing channel innovation opportunity,make the steel trade and marketing channel innovation of strategic competition optimal composition were stronger,adjust the direction for the future marketing strategy.
