A Research On Evaluation System Of Process Manufacturing Readiness Levels Of Aviation Engineering Under Small-batch Production

Under the influence of the national strategic will of "Made in China 2025," China's aviation manufacturing industry is undergoing a major transformation.With the continuous improvement of the requirements of the "standard system" and the focus of project risk control,the manufacturing maturity for assessing manufacturing risk has been gradually applied.At present,Chinese aviation manufacturing companies have discovered many problems in the process of product development.How to identify and control the process risks in the manufacturing process has become an important issue to be solved.This paper builds the evaluation system of aviation product manufacturing maturity by constructing the small batch production model,which provides a theoretical exploration to identify whether the process capability in the manufacturing process meets the requirements of product manufacturing.First,on the basis of the theory of manufacturing maturity proposed by the US Department of Defense and China's national military standard,this paper further analyzes the structure and characteristics of the manufacturing maturity model,and at the same time,the characteristics of the manufacturing process of aerospace products for small batch production models.The role,management,and division of its life cycle are elaborated and analyzed.Combining corporate research interviews,literature research,and industry standards,the specific technological work content and important activities of each stage of the aviation product process are systematically reviewed and summarized.The maturity evaluation system for manufacturing has laid the foundation for the demonstration,making the construction of the evaluation system more professional and closer to the actual conditions of the industry.Secondly,the connotation of process manufacturing maturity is defined,the definition of process manufacturing maturity(PMRL)is given,and the design of the system model is provided to provide theoretical guidance for the construction of process manufacturing maturity.The principle of manufacturing maturity is explored from the perspective of system analysis using the "V" model and the Hall three-dimensional structural model.The manufacturing maturity evaluation system is explained from three perspectives: time dimension,logic dimension,and knowledgedimension.Based on this,the process manufacturing is constructed.The "V" model of maturity and the Hall three-dimensional structure model provide theoretical guidance and theoretical basis for the construction of follow-up process manufacturing maturity evaluation system.Finally,on the basis of the establishment of three-dimensional structure model of Hall manufacturing maturity,a combination of multiple sets of theoretical models and the actual industry is used to construct a process manufacturing maturity evaluation system.In this paper,the aviation process manufacturing maturity grade under the small-batch production model is divided into nine grades,and the corresponding grade definition of the process manufacturing maturity is given.At the same time,the“process-content decomposition” method is used to construct the evaluation index system,and the process manufacturing is given.Maturity rating details.On the basis of the evaluation system of process manufacturing maturity,a strategy for improving the manufacturing maturity of the process is proposed,and the scope of application of the manufacturing maturity,the object,and key points that need to be focused are given,thereby helping the company to mature the process manufacturing.Degree evaluation pilot application.
