Analyzing the historical process of global economic development, the development of a country's industry is an important indicator of its economic development. The source of national economic development comes from the new industrial economy and is one of the main pillars of economic development.Domestic industrial production is an important component of gross domestic product(GDP).The economic development of a country depends entirely on the development of industry. Many factors affecting economic growth should correctly understand and evaluate the contribution of these factors to economic growth. The impact of industrial economic growth on the cyclical fluctuations of the national economy is the relationship between cyclical fluctuations in China's economy and industrial economic growth.Currently,it is modern. The focus of socio-economic operation and regulation values. At the same time, local governments have implemented a gradient space development strategy, which has caused an imbalance in regional economic growth. The economic growth in the eastern coastal areas is relatively rapid, forming an “intensive” economic space, while the economic growth in the central and western regions is relatively slow, creating a “sparse” economic spatial situation, and presenting a pattern of “high east and low west” in economic growth in various regions. The pattern of industrial economy has gradually formed a "central-periphery" model with the east as the center and the central and western regions as the periphery. The spatial aggregation of industrial activities in our country and the rapid development of the economy are common occurrences. This article's contribution to economic growth is measured using the VAR model, cointergration test, impulse response, and variance decomposition to study China's economic(GDP)and industrial output value from 1998 to 2010,and measure the contribution of the industrial economy to China's economic growth. The analysis discusses the role of the industrial industry in economic growth and economic cycle fluctuations. At the same time, taking into account the spatial factors of economic development and industrial development, based on the spatial econometrics perspective, the spatial autocorrelation of provincial industrial and economic growth between 1996 and 2015 in China was investigated using the global spatial autocorrelation Moran's I index.Construct SAR and SLX models under 0-1 spatial weight matrix to further analyze the impact of Chinese industry on economic growth. It is crucial to understand real economic growth and formulate policies that promote economic growth. An analysis of the contribution of the industrial economy to China's economic growth is conducive to deepening people's understanding of industrial development and conducive to further building a well-off society in the “13th Five-Year Plan” period.
