Liling City Economic Development Zone Management And Optimization Research

Industrial park is the enterprise to the industrialization road area,a high quality industrial park is not only beneficial to improve regional competitiveness,and the government of industrial economy development important gripper,effective platform of investment promotion and capital introduction and demonstration of the construction of the city window.Liling since the establishment of the economic development zone,it has formed a reasonable division of labor,proper layout,characteristic,advantages and characteristics of structural optimization industrial park.At the same time of rapid development,liling economic development zone,there are investment promotion and capital introduction,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and patent protection,such as personnel training problems,failed to give full play to the unique location advantage and resource advantage,in essence is the lack of internal management mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to implement strategic management in liling city economic development zone.Based on liling economic development zone as an example,this paper adopts literature research,case study and experience summary method,three kinds of methods,in combination with industrial park management and regional innovation theory,based on the analysis of the liling economic development zone development present situation,problems and reasons,and puts forward the management system to optimize concrete countermeasures,including four aspects: perfect management mechanism,to provide power for the development of;To manage the management functions of the park,make the management more standardized and promote the light development of the park;To promote the development of platform companies and provide strong financial support for the economic development of the park;We will deepen the construction of the park and lay a good foundation for the development of the park and provide good endogenous driving force.This article hopes to optimize liling economic development zone management mechanism,to further puts forward the method to optimize the existing management,improve the efficiency of management,at the same time the development of other economic industrial park as a reference.
