Study On The Current Situation Of Canvassing Business And Attracting Investment And Countermeasure Research Based On The Industrial Development Of Huangshi Economic And Technological Development Zone

The city of Huangshi is currently developing the Daye Lake region with Huangshi National Economical and Technological Development Zone (HNETDZ) as the core. The strategic plan is to focus on an eco-friendly way of industrial development towards a megalopolitan in East region of Hubei province. The goal of Huangshi city for2015is to reach a total industrial output value of100billions CNY.During this period, the requirements regarding development are clearly demanding for HNETDZ,especially financially. However there exist quite a few issues that limited the investment attraction of HNETDZ, including issues such as a lack of well defined planning for the industrial park, a lack of enough methods of attracting investments, as well as a soft environment for investments to be improved and a more professional team to be trained.At current stage, the study on the relationship between industrial development and investment attraction is still in its infancy. The related research would largely expand our understanding on the fundamental mechanism of investment attration, and would help to explore new pattern(s) of investment attraction, which in turn contributes to the industrial reconstructuring and develoment.This artical studies the current investment situation in HNETDZ based on instustries, targets on the exsisting problems and analyzes the internal correlation between industrial development and investment attraction. Detailed suggestions and solutions are brought about in the end, towards a goal of promoting a well-coupled development for both industies and investments.
